Shannon is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and the owner of Growing Expressions Together, a speech therapy practice in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Shannon has spent her career working alongside neurodivergent kids and their families, helping children communicate and celebrating every step of their journey. Her heart is in creating spaces where every child feels understood and every family feels supported.

Julie is a mom to an amazing autistic kid and a seasoned brand and partnerships executive with 20+ years of experience leading product, partnerships, and marketing for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
Through her family’s experiences, she’s learned how important it is to have a community where you don’t have to explain, apologize, or feel like you’re on the outside looking in. She brings the parent perspective, the late-night worries, the little victories, and the deep hope for a more inclusive world.
