At The Third Space, inclusion is more than a value, it’s our guiding principle.

We know how tough it can feel to juggle parenting and the maze of therapy and support. That’s exactly why we created The Third Space Saratoga. A space built on warmth, connection, and belonging.

Here, families and providers come together to laugh, learn, and lean on each other. Every child’s milestones (and inch-stones!) are celebrated, and every parent is met with understanding and care. The Third Space Saratoga isn’t just a place, it’s a community. A reminder that you don’t have to do this alone… and that there’s always a seat saved for you here.

About Us

Hi! We’re Shannon and Julie, and we’re so glad you’ve found us.

Shannon is a speech-language pathologist and autism advocate. She’s spent years working alongside kids and families, helping children communicate and celebrating every step of their journey. Her heart is in creating spaces where every child feels understood and every family feels supported.

Julie is a mom to an amazing autistic child. Through her family’s experiences, she’s learned how important it is to have a community where you don’t have to explain, apologize, or feel like you’re on the outside looking in. She brings the parent perspective, the late-night worries, the little victories, and the deep hope for a more inclusive world.

Together, we’re building something we’ve both longed for: a space where families can come as they are, kids can shine in their own ways, and parents can feel a little less alone.

Our Why

We know how hard it can be to find community when your path looks a little different. We’ve felt it ourselves. That’s why we’ve created a space centered on inclusion, connection, and joy, because every child deserves to belong, and every parent deserves to feel supported.

This is more than a project. It’s a place for friendships, laughter, resources, and growth for kids, parents, and everyone in between.

And most of all, it’s for you.
